Epidemiological characteristics of hepatitis B in Muli County of Liangshan Prefecture from 2011 to 2021
Objective To understand the prevalence of hepatitis B in Muli County and provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of hepatitis B.Methods The network monitoring reported data of hepatitis B in Muli County from 2011 to 2021 were collected.SPSS 20.0 software was used for statistical analysis and Chi-square test was used to compare the differences.And the test level was a=0.05.Results From 2011 to 2021,a total of 1 320 cases of hepatitis B in Muli County were found.The average annual incidence was 90.77/105.The incidence of hepatitis B showed a fluctuating upward trend over the years(x2trend=552.57,P<0.001).The cumulative incidence of hepatitis B in the past years was mainly in farmers,accounting for 81.59%(1 077/1 320).The incidence of hepatitis B in males was higher than that in females,with a male to female ratio of 1.40∶1.Most cases were young adults,and the peak age was between 25 and 59 years old,accounting for 69.77%(921/1 320).The hepatitis B cases covered all towns and villages in Muli County.About one-fifth of the new cases of hepatitis B were concentrated in Qiaowa Town.Conclusions The situation of hepatitis B prevention and control in Muli County was still grim.Prevention and control of hepatitis B should be done thoroughly and deeply to reduce the incidence of hepatitis B.
