Investigation and analysis of disinfection status of disinfection quality and monitoring results in four key places in Fuling District of Chongqing in 2023
Objective To understand the disinfection capacity and quality status of four key places in Fuling District of Chongqing in 2023,which including childcare institutions,elderly care institutions,hotels,and shopping malls(supermarkets).Methods From June to November 2023,a survey was conducted on the disinfection status of 16 key locations in four categories,and samples were collected from the surfaces of objects,hands of staff,tableware,cotton fabrics,etc.The total bacterial was tested.SPSS 19.0 software was used for data statistical analysis,and sample rates were compared by using Chi-squre tests,and the inspection level was α=0.05.Results A total of 1600 pieces were sampled for disinfection quality testing of four key locations in Fuling District of Chongqing in 2023,of which 1 436 were qualified,with a total qualification rate of 89.75％.Among them,hotels had the highest qualification rate of 97.25％,elderly care institutions had the lowest qualification rate of 84.25％.The difference in the qualification rate of the four types of testing samples was considered statistically significant(x2=41.144,P＜0.001).Toys and cotton fabrics were all qualified for monitoring,the qualification rates of faucets and catering utensils were equivalent,with 76.32％and 75.37％,respectively,and staff hands had the lowest qualification rate of 68.13％.The difference in the qualification rate of different sampling objects was considered statistically significant(x2=1 579.866,P＜0.001).Conclusions In Fuling District of Chongqing,the management system of some places is not perfect and standardized enough,and the implementation of disinfection measures is inadequate.It is necessary to strengthen the management,guidance,and training of staff,so that to improve their disinfection skills and also ensure the effectiveness of disinfection.
