摘要

数字图像相关(DIC)方法作为一种典型的非接触应变测量技术,是一种强大而灵活的表面变形测量工具.该方法的优点是试验设置和试样制备简单,对测量环境的要求较低,测量灵敏度和分辨率范围大.本文主要介绍了DIC方法的基本理论、关键技术以及该方法在工程中的应用进展.

Abstract

As a typical non-contact strain measurement technology,digital image correlation(DIC)is a powerful and flexible tool for surface deformation measurement.The advantages of this method are that the test setup and sample preparation are simple,the requirements for the measurement environment are low,and the measurement sensitivity and resolution range are large.This paper mainly introduces the basic theory and key technology of DIC method and its application in engineering.
