摘要

针对试验液压缸安装过程中对多点协调加载控制系统的依赖性,提出了一种液压缸活塞控制器研制方法,采用单片机作为处理器核心,实现了液压缸活塞伸缩量的精确控制,且系统响应速度可调.当试验加载点安装空间狭小时,控制器可以提高活塞运行的安全性,在工程中具有可靠的应用价值.

Abstract

Aiming at the dependence on multi-point coordinated loading control system in the installation process of test hydraulic cylinders,a method for developing a hydraulic cylinder piston controller is proposed.The single chip is used as the processor core to achieve precise control of the hydraulic cylinder piston expansion and contraction,and the system response speed is adjustable.When the installation space of the test loading point is limited,the controller can improve the safety of piston operation and has reliable application value in engineering.
