Touch screen is widely used in various industrial equipment to control the lower computer,set parameters,display data,monitor equipment status,display alarm information and so on.The application of touch screen can greatly improve the intelligence and information level of industrial machinery and equipment.In this paper,HMI touch screen and TMC controller are connected through the serial port RS232 communication,which perfectly solves the field use requirements of the electronic creep testing machine,simplifies the user operation.The simple and clear data display and parameter setting make the field operation more comfortable and efficient.
