摘要

本文对国内航天发射场低温加注系统的工程设计计算进行了梳理和归纳,针对低温加注系统设计中的推进剂贮量计算、管线壁厚计算、管路水力计算、泵前增压计算、挤压压力计算、气化器增压能力计算、管路置换计算、管路预冷计算,给出了工程计算公式,可为今后航天发射场低温加注系统工程设计提供借鉴和参考.

Abstract

This article summarizes the engineering design and calculation of low-temperature refueling system for domestic space launch site.Engineering calculation formulas are given for propellant storage calculation,pipeline wall thickness calculation,pipeline hydraulic calculation,pre-pump pressurization calculation,extrusion pressure calculation,vaporizer pressurization capacity calculation,pipeline replacement calculation,and pipeline precooling calculation in the design of low-temperature refueling system,which can provide reference for the engineering design of low-temperature refueling system in future space launch sites.
