Chemical automation instrument is the critical equipment in chemical production,and its stability and reliability are very important to ensure the safety and efficiency of production.In the paper,the daily maintenance and common faults of chemical automation instruments are summarized and sorted out,including the basic principles and methods of maintenance,the diagnosis and treatment of common faults,and so on.Through the introduction of the paper,chemical workers can better understand the daily maintenance and troubleshooting of chemical automation instruments,and improve the efficiency and safety of chemical production.
