In order to verify the fatigue performance of vehicle structure,profiles and welds under aerodynamic loads,it is necessary to carry out the airtight fatigue strength test of vehicle body during the development and design phase of the new vehicle model.In this paper,a vehicle aerodynamic load loading system is established in the laboratory,which can realize static loading and continuous dynamic loading of 100000 typical pressure waves.Based on the design requirements and simulation results,stress and displacement measurement points are arranged,and dynamic monitoring and penetration test are carried out on key positions.The purpose of evaluating the airtight fatigue performance and reliability of vehicle body is realized,and a strong data support is provided for the optimization design of vehicle body.
