摘要

为实现碳纤维增强复合材料疲劳寿命的便捷、高精度评估,开展了两种碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料在不同应力比下的疲劳试验研究,分析了不同应力比下的疲劳破坏过程和失效模式,提出了一种考虑应力水平和应力比的碳纤维增强复合材料疲劳寿命评估模型.通过两种材料的拉-压和压-压疲劳试验,验证了该模型的适用性.本文所建立的疲劳寿命评估模型预估寿命与试验寿命偏差小于 2.5 倍分散带.

Abstract

In order to realize the convenient and high-precision evaluation of the fatigue life of carbon fiber reinforced composites,the fatigue tests of two kinds of carbon fiber reinforced resin matrix composites under different stress ratios are carried out.The fatigue failure process and failure mode under different stress ratios are analyzed,and a fatigue life assessment model of carbon fiber reinforced composites considering stress level and stress ratio is put forward.The applicability of the model is verified by the tension-compression and compression-compression fatigue tests of the two kinds of materials,and the estimated life deviation from the test life is less than 2.5 times the dispersed band.
