摘要

将TC4 圆环薄壁构件作为研究对象,以消除机械加工后的残余应力和稳定薄壁构件尺寸精度为目的,采用盲孔法和精度稳定性判据法分别对TC4 圆环薄壁件振动时效前、后残余应力及尺寸精度进行检测.设计正交试验进行影响分析,结果发现,振动时效工艺参数对TC4 薄壁构件残余应力消除率的影响主次为振动频率>振动时间>振动应力.工艺参数选择振动频率 96Hz、振动应力 40MPa、振动时间 40min时,残余应力消除率为 58.7%.结果表明,振动时效能够有效降低TC4 薄壁构件的残余应力,不仅能使TC4 薄壁构件的尺寸在较短时间内达到稳定,还能够让其尺寸精度在长期放置过程中基本不产生变化.

Abstract

In order to eliminate the residual stress after machining and stabilize the dimensional accuracy of thin-walled components,the TC4 circular ring thin-walled components are taken as the research object,and the blind hole method and the accuracy stability criterion method are used to detect the residual stress and dimensional accuracy of TC4 circular ring thin-walled components before and after vibration aging.The orthogonal test is designed to carry out the influence analysis,and it is found that the influence of vibration aging process parameters on the residual stress elimination rate of TC4 thin-walled components is vibration frequency>vibration time>vibration stress.When the vibration frequency is 96Hz,the vibration stress is 40MPa and the vibration time is 40min,the residual stress elimination rate is 58.7%.The results show that vibration aging can effectively reduce the residual stress of TC4 thin-walled components.It can not only make the size of TC4 thin-walled components stable in a short time,but also make its dimensional accuracy basically unchanged during long-term placement.
