摘要

针对全尺寸高超声速飞机力热耦合试验,设计了一种适用于全尺寸机翼的力热耦合试验加载方案.将加载系统和加热系统设计在一起的集成加热器解决了力热耦合试验中加热系统与加载系统相互干涉和现场实施安装困难的难题,简化了试验现场的工作,提高了力热耦合试验重复加载的可靠性和准确性.本技术已成功应用于某型验证机全机地面力热耦合试验,为高超声速飞机研制奠定了地面验证试验技术基础.

Abstract

Aiming at the mechanical-thermal coupling test of full size hypersonic aircraft,a mechanical-thermal coupling test loading scheme for full size wing is designed.The integrated heater designed together with the loading system and the heating system solves the problem of mutual interference between the heating system and the loading system in the mechanical-thermal coupling test and the difficulty of on-site installation,simplifies the field procedure of the test,and improves the reliability and accuracy of repeated loading in the mechanical-thermal coupling test.This technology has been successfully applied to the ground mechanical-thermal coupling test of a certain type of verification aircraft,which lays a foundation for the development of hypersonic aircraft.
