In order to process a small taper conical structure,a processing method combing turning and milling is proposed based on the principle of turning and milling.First of all,the mathematical model of turning conical cavity parts is established to analyze the mechanism of turning internal shape.Based on the mathematical model of the blade arrangement of ball-end milling cutter,the trajectory of the ball-end milling cutter milling the conical inner cavity is established,and the forming mechanism of small taper conical inner cavity structure and the feasibility of the scheme are analyzed.It is concluded that the turning depth of the conical inner cavity is related to the diameter of the turning tool,the opening radius of the conical inner cavity,and the opening angle of the conical inner cavity.On this basis,a small taper conical inner cavity structure is processed by using the method of the combination of turning and milling.
