摘要

针对工程实际中广泛采用的连接件孔组结构装配困难的问题,一般对连接件采用极坐标标注法和位置度标注法进行连接件孔组的位置标注.这两种标注法产生了不同的检验途径,得到了两种不同途径的位置度量规设计方法.本文介绍了极坐标标注法与位置度标注法这两种位置度量规设计方法,并在实际使用中进行比较.位置度标注法量规比极坐标标注法量规更具有实践性,在实际使用中可保证产品装配更方便、更准确,提高了设计效率.

Abstract

In view of the difficult assembly of connector hole group structure widely used in engineering practice,the polar coordinate marking method and the position degree marking method are generally used to mark the position of connector hole group.The two marking methods produce different inspection ways,and two different ways of position gauge design methods are obtained.In the paper,two design methods of position gauge of polar coordinate marking method and position degree marking method are introduced,and the two methods are compared in practical use.The position degree marking method is more practical than the polar coordinate marking method,which can ensure that the product assembly performance is more convenient and accurate in practical use,and improve the design efficiency.
