辐射热试验热损失标定方法研究

摘要
热损失标定是基于热流密度控制方法开展辐射热试验不可或缺的环节,规范的热损失标定试验方法决定了结构热试验的精度和可靠性.本文基于理论分析和验证性试验,分析了辐射热试验热损失产生的机理,验证了热损失标定影响因素,明确了热损失标定试验件选取原则和安装方法,评估了热损失标定试验中 3 种载荷施加方法的适用性,确定了标定数据插值算法,从而形成了规范可靠的热损失标定方法,为高超声速飞行器热试验的高精度开展提供了有力保证.
Abstract
Heat loss calibration is an indispensable part of radiant thermal test based on heat flux control method.The standard heat loss calibration method determines the precision and reliability of structural thermal test.Based on theoretical analysis and verification test,the mechanism of heat loss in radiant thermal test is analyzed,the influencing factors of heat loss calibration are specified,the selection principle of calibration test parts and installation method are proposed,the applicability the applying load ways is evaluated,and the interpolation calculation method is developed.In this way,a normative heat loss calibration test method is established,which provides effective technology for hypersonic vehicle thermal test.
