摘要

本文以地铁车辆转向架作为研究对象,对转向架关键部位进行运行条件下的动应力测试,并在构架、齿轮箱、轴箱、电机处粘贴加速度传感器,采集各部位的振动加速度数据,根据Miner线性疲劳累积损伤准则和S-N曲线计算关键结构的动应力等效应力幅值,以所用材料的许用疲劳极限为评价依据,进行转向架关键部位疲劳强度评估,评定其运行安全可靠性,为车辆的安全运行提供测试数据.试验结果表明,该转向架构架各测点的 360 万公里等效应力值均低于许用应力,满足使用需求.

Abstract

In this paper,the key parts of metro vehicle bogie are tested for dynamic stress under operating conditions.Meanwhile,the acceleration sensors are attached to the frame,gearbox,axle box and motor to collect the vibration acceleration data of each part.After the test,the equivalent stress amplitude of dynamic stress of the key structure is calculated according to the Miner linear fatigue cumulative damage rule and S-N curve.Based on the allowable fatigue limit of the material used,the fatigue strength of the key parts of the bogie is evaluated to evaluate its operating safety and reliability,which provides test data for the safe operation of the vehicle.The test results show that the equivalent stress value of 3.6 million kilometers of each measuring point of the bogie frame is lower than the allowable stress,which can meet the use requirements.
