摘要

振捣时长对于提高混凝土性能效果的影响很大,时间太短对改善混凝土内部结构组成的作用不大,而时间过长则会降低现场施工效率,甚至出现离析和强度不足的病害.为提高混凝土性能,加快浇筑速度,保证混凝土性能稳定,以轨道交通管片混凝土浇筑为背景,对 3 组不同坍落度的混凝土进行振捣,采用 4 种振捣时长,记录不同振捣时长下混凝土构件的排气时间、气孔数量及分布状态、抗压强度及抗渗透性等表现.试验结果表明,对于不同坍落度的混凝土,选用合适的振捣时长可以有效提高混凝土性能,混凝土振捣效果、抗压强度、均质性能及抗渗透性能力均可得到较大程度的提升.

Abstract

The vibrating time has a significant impact on improving the concrete performance.A shorter duration has little effect on improving the internal structure of concrete,while a longer duration will reduce the efficiency of on-site construction,and may lead to the issues like separation and inadequate strength.In order to improve the concrete performance,accelerate the pouring speed and ensure the stability of concrete performance,concrete pouring of rail transit segments is taken as the background,and four different vibrating time are applied to mix with three different slump values to record the exhaust time,number and distribution of pores,compressive strength and impermeability performance.The test results show that for the concrete with different slump,the appropriate vibrating time can effectively improve the concrete performance,and the vibration effect,compressive strength,homogeneity and impermeability of concrete can be greatly improved.
