摘要
针对电子制动性能试验台对力传感器的新需求,基于电阻应变式测量原理,研制了一种双量程力传感器,包括大量程弹性体、小量程弹性体、顶帽和航空插座等,适用于有大量程比的双量程测量需求的测试领域.研制了样机 1 台,验证了双量程力传感器的精度及实用性.
Abstract
In order to meet the new demand of force sensor for electronic braking performance test bench,a dual-range force sensor is developed based on the principle of resistance strain measurement,including large-range elastomer,small-range elastomer,top cap and aviation socket,which is suitable for the test field with large-range ratio and dual-range measurement requirement.A prototype is developed to verify the accuracy and practicability of the dual-range force sensor.
