摘要

针对大型火箭级间段试验件体积大、安装困难、试验载荷高、风险系数大等特点,为满足轴向载荷均匀传递的力学试验要求,提出了一套具备可重复性的火箭级间段静强度试验验证方法.试验结果表明,试验设计方法满足火箭级间段试验件力学性能验证要求,并通过有限元计算和试验验证,实现了轴向载荷均匀性的试验目的.

Abstract

Aiming at the characteristics of large volume,difficult installation and high risk coefficient of test load of large rocket interstage test piece,and in order to meet the mechanical test requirements of uniform axial load transmission,a set of repeatable static strength test verification method for rocket interstage section is proposed in the paper.The test results show that the test design method meets the mechanical performance verification of rocket interstage section test piece,and meets the test purpose of axial load uniformity through finite element calculation and test verification.
