摘要

为有效解决高温蠕变持久拉伸试验中螺纹夹具与试样之间粘连、咬合、卡死现象,开展了装夹方式改进和不同高温防粘膏使用比较两个方面的研究.对于装夹方式,设计了分体式连接的新型结构,采用较少接触面和轴肩结构的连接,可以有效避免高温下螺纹咬合卡死现象.对不同高温防粘膏进行的高温蠕变持久试验结果表明,单从防粘膏方面改进,夹具与试样间的防粘连、抗咬合性能并无明显改进.

Abstract

In order to effectively solve the adhesion,occlusion and jamming phenomenon between the thread fixture and the sample in the high temperature creep test,the improvement of the clamping method and the usage comparison of different high temperature anti-sticking pastes are studied.For the clamping method,a new structure of split connection is designed,which adopts less contact surface and shaft shoulder structure connection,and can effectively avoid thread occlusion at high temperature.The results of high temperature creep test of different high temperature anti-sticking pastes show that the anti-adhesion and anti-occlusion properties between the fixture and the sample are not significantly improved by improving the anti-sticking paste alone.
