摘要

煤矿设备维护中,钻孔和打磨工序是确保设备正常运行的关键环节.针对传统方法效率低、操作复杂等问题,本文提出了一种集钻孔与打磨于一体的钻孔打磨装置.该装置采用先进的机械结构设计,实现了钻磨功能的集成化,通过智能控制系统实现操作模式的灵活切换.采用同步带联动系统,确保了多个钻磨旋转结构的运动同步性,显著提升了作业效率,为煤矿设备维护工作提供了一种高效、安全的新方案.

Abstract

In the maintenance of coal mine equipment,the drilling and grinding process is the crucial link to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and complex operation of traditional methods,a drilling and grinding equipment that integrates drilling and grinding functions is proposed in the paper.The equipment adopts advanced mechanical structure design to realize the integration of drilling and grinding functions,and realizes the flexible switching of operation modes through intelligent control system.The synchronous belt drive system is used to ensure the synchronous movement of multiple drilling and grinding rotary structures,which significantly improves the operation efficiency.The equipment provides an efficient and safe solution for the maintenance of coal mine equipment.
