摘要

在煤矿等能源开采行业中,物料搬运和装载作业对生产效率有着重要影响.针对矿区工作环境复杂、矿物大小不一及干湿程度不同导致的料斗堵塞问题,本研究提出了一种基于视觉检测系统的智能矿用料斗.该料斗集成了软连接密封件、振动电机、转动轴、驱动组件与调节组件,通过视觉检测系统实现对料斗内部矿物的实时监控与分析,并据此调节料斗内矿物的流动,可有效预防和解决料斗堵塞问题.与传统料斗相比,智能矿用料斗能显著提高物料搬运效率,降低堵塞风险,具有重要的应用价值.

Abstract

In the coal and other energy extraction industries,material handling and loading operations have an important impact on production efficiency.In order to address the problem of hopper blockage caused by complex working environments in mining areas,different mineral sizes and differences in moisture content,an intelligent mining hopper based on vision detection system is proposed in the paper.The hopper integrates a soft-connected seal,vibration motor,rotating shaft,drive component and adjustment component.Through the vision detection system,the real-time monitoring and analysis of the minerals inside the hopper are realized,and the flow of minerals in the hopper is adjusted accordingly,which can effectively prevent and solve the problem of hopper blockage.Compared with the traditional hopper,the intelligent mining hopper can significantly improve the efficiency of material handling and reduce the risk of blockage,which has important application value.
