摘要
为实现用软件系统控制卡车轮毂轴承泥水试验台进行试验,满足试验过程中监控实时数据的需要,开发了一套基于VB.NET的卡车轮毂轴承泥水试验软件系统.该系统可根据实际的试验流程需求,通过试验台进行相应的试验,采集各工位的相关数值,并将其记录和保存;可以设定不同测量值的报警阈值,以便在达到或超过这些阈值时触发警报或采取相应的措施.该系统具有整洁的界面和完善的功能,能够确保试验的安全、高效和稳定运行.
Abstract
In order to realize the control of truck hub bearing mud-water test bench by software system and meet the needs of monitoring real-time data during the test,a set of software system for truck hub bearing mud-water test based on VB NET is developed.According to the actual test process requirements,the system can carry out the corresponding test through the test bench,collect the relevant values from each workstation,and record and save them.Alarm thresholds for different measurement values can be set to trigger alarms or take corresponding measures when the thresholds are reached or exceeded.The system has a clean interface and perfect function,which can ensure the safe,efficient and stable operation of the test.
