摘要
目前,国产轴类自动校直机已经实现了对齿轮轴、电机转子、活塞杆等各种类型轴的校直,但是针对压装出的微型装配曲轴的自动校直还未能实现.本文分析了夹持力产生的形变量,研制了全新的装配曲轴自动校直机工装和上料储料线,实现了对微型装配曲轴的自动校直,达到了预期的设计目的.
Abstract
At present,the domestic shaft automatic straightening machine has realized the straightening of various types of shafts,such as gear shafts,motor rotors,piston rods,etc.,but the automatic straightening of micro-assembly crankshafts has not been realized.This paper analyzes the deformation caused by a clamping force,and develops a new assembly crankshaft automatic straightening machine tooling and feeding storage line,which realizes the automatic straightening of micro-assembly crankshafts,and achieves the expected design purpose.
