摘要

公路沥青路面作为重要的交通基础设施,常常受到裂缝病害的影响.对公路沥青路面裂缝病害的成因进行深入分析,并选择不同灌缝材料,通过试验研究其各种性能.研究发现,在材料自身性能中,嘉格灌封胶在初始或老化后的软化点及延性都是最高的,针入度在老化后略有降低,说明该材料在老化后仍然保持了相对较好的柔软性,抗老化性能较好.施工性能中,嘉格灌封胶和养路者灌封胶的适灌温度相对较高,但凝固时间较短,分别为 1.5h和2.0h.路用性能中,嘉格灌封胶原样和老化后在浸水或不浸水时的抗剪强度都是最高的.

Abstract

As an important transportation infrastructure,highway asphalt pavement is often affected by crack damage.The causes of crack damage in highway asphalt pavement are analyzed in depth,and different grouting materials are selected to study their various properties through test.It is found that in the material properties,the softening point and ductility of Jage sealing adhesive at the initial or after aging are the highest,and the penetration is slightly decreased after aging,which indicates that the material still maintains a relatively good flexibility and the aging resistance is better.In terms of construction performance,the suitable application temperatures for Jage and Road Guardian sealing adhesives are relatively high,but their solidification times are relatively short,at 1.5 hours and 2.0 hours,respectively.In terms of road performance,both the original and aged materials of Jage sealing adhesive exhibits the highest shear strength,whether submerged in water or not.
