摘要

文本通过解读《义务教育英语课程标准(2022 年版)》新内涵,挖掘其中需要回答的"英语课程是什么""为什么教""教什么""怎么教"和"怎么评"等诸多问题,在课程目标、课程内容、课程实施、课程评价等方面诠释英语课程与育人价值的关系.《义务教育英语课程标准(2022 年版)》既继承了英语课程改革的基本思想,坚守工具性与人文性的和谐统一,又彰显了英语课程核心素养的育人价值,通过六大要素整合课程内容,确立英语学习活动观开展精准教学、靶向施策,以深化核心素养导向的英语课程改革.

Abstract

By interpreting the new connotation of the"English Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)"(hereinafter referred to as the"New Curriculum Standards"),the paper explores many questions that need to be answered,such as"what is the English curriculum","why is it taught","what to teach","how to teach"and"how to assess",and explains the relationship between English courses and the value of educating people in terms of curriculum aims,content,implementation and assessment The"New Curriculum Standards"not only inherits the basic ideas of English curriculum reform,that is,adhering to the unity of instrumentalism and humanism,but highlights the educating value of the English subject core competences.It also integrates the curriculum content through six components and establishes the activity-based approach to English learning to teach precisely,target policies as well as deepen the core competences-oriented English curriculum reform.
