习近平法治思想概论课程教学的若干概念辨析

摘要
习近平法治思想概论课程是高校法学类专业学生系统学习掌握习近平法治思想的核心课程.正确理解教材中的中国特色社会主义理论、中国特色社会主义法治理论、习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想、习近平法治思想、全面依法治国、党的领导等若干个重要概念及其之间的联系,对教授传达课程整体思想,培养合格的法治人才队伍具有重要的理论和实践意义.
Abstract
Introduction to Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is the key course for the college law majors to systemically master the Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law.In the teaching process,to correctly understand the important concepts such as the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the theory of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,the comprehensive framework for promoting the Rule of Law,leadership of the Party,and their relationships will directly affect the overall teaching process and effects of this course and is also of both significant theoretical and practical significance for law talents'development.
