后方法理论视角下英语教师的角色转型及其实现路径

摘要
后方法理论所提出的教育参数及宏观策略框架赋予了英语教学新的特征,为教师角色转型提供了不同的研究视角.后方法理论视角下,教师的角色从"语言知识的传递者"转向"文化交流的中介者"、"教材的使用者"转向"课程资源的开发者"、"方法的执行者"转向"方法的创新者".实现转型的主要路径包括:转变观念,注重实践反思与批判;依托教材,合理开发和利用英语课程资源;注重选择与运用,在实践中创新方法.
Abstract
The educational parameters and macro strategy framework proposed by the post method theory has endowed English teaching with new properties,providing a new research angle for the role transformation of teachers.From the perspective of post method theory,the role of teachers has shifted from being the"language knowledge transmitter","textbooks user"and"executor of methods"to being the"medium of diversified communication","curriculum resources developer"and"methods innovator".The main path to achieve transformation includes:changing concepts,emphasizing practical reflections and criticisms;relying on textbooks,developing and utilizing English course resources reasonably;paying attention to selection and application,and innovating methods in practice.
