摘要

教师是一种职业,也是一种角色.人是一切社会关系的总和,教师的角色在社会关系尤其是教育关系中主要指教师职能和地位.教师的角色扮演基于教育观,有什么样的教育观,就有什么样的教师角色诉求.教师的角色是多元的,诸如知识的呈现者、对话的引导者、学习的指导者、学业的评价者、纪律的管理者、信息的重组者、智慧的开启者、事理的明白者、生活的理解者和生命的延拓者.

Abstract

Teacher is a profession and an identity.Human beings are the sum of all his/her social relationships,and the role of teachers,defined through social relationships,especially educational relationships refers to teachers'career function and status.The role that a teacher plays is based on the educational perspectives that he/she holds.What his/her educational perspective is,what demand for the role that he/she may take.The role of a teacher is diverse,such as being a presenter of knowledge,a guide to dialogue,a guide to learning,an evaluator of academic performance,a manager of discipline,a recombiner of information,an initiator of wisdom,a wise man/woman who knows the truth,the life,and how to expand life's horizon.
