摘要

特殊教育学校对发展我国特殊儿童教育具有重要作用.强化特殊教育普惠发展是特殊教育的发展要求和方向,客观上要求特殊教育学校做好发展转型和职能提升.特殊教育学校发展转型应积极应对教育对象变化、不断更新教育理念、努力延伸服务学段等;提升特殊教育学校职能应将学校服务场域从学校内部拓展至所属社区、教师角色从学校教育者转换为区域融合教育指导者、关注重点从学校教学走向提供多方面指导和支持服务.另外,特殊教育学校仍需加强师资队伍建设、健全特殊教育管理体制,为特殊教育学校发展转型和职能升级赋权,建立社会支持体系,提高特殊教育的社会认同感.

Abstract

Special education schools do matter as the backbone of the education and placement of special children in our country."Strengthening the inclusive development of special education",as the development requirement and direction of special education,objectively requires special education schools to do well in development transforming and school functions upgrading.The development transformation of special education is manifested in the aspects of actively responding to the changes of education objects,constantly upgradation education ideas,and striving to extend the service section.The upgrading of special education school functions is manifested in the expansion of the school service field from school to the district,the role of teachers from school educators to regional inclusive education experts,and the focus of attention from school teaching to providing guidance and support services in various aspects.In the future,special education schools still need to strengthen the construction of teachers,improve the management system of special education,empower the development transformation and functions upgradation of special schools and establish a social support system to improve the social identity recognition towards special education.
