摘要
语言传播是国家软实力建设的重要举措.由于塔吉克斯坦特殊的地理位置、历史沿革及资源禀赋决定了其在推进"一带一路"建设及构建人类命运共同体建设中的重要角色.经过 27 年的发展,塔吉克斯坦的中文教育在布局、社会服务、教育特色方面已取得显著成绩,但也存在外部语言环境竞争激烈、本土化发展滞后、教育机构发展亟需创新等诸多挑战.为此,文本建议通过推进协同机制建设、学科建设、本土化建设、教育机构改革创新等方面的工作,全面推进塔吉克斯坦中文教育水平.
Abstract
Language dissemination is an important measure for the construction of national soft power.Due to its special geographical location,historical evolution and resource endowment,Tajikistan is of great significance in promoting the construction of the"Belt and Road"and building a community with a shared future for mankind.Chinese education in Tajikistan has been developing for 27 years and has achieved remarkable results in terms of layout,social services,and educational features.However,there are also bottlenecks for further development,including fierce competition in the external language environment,lagging localization development,and the urgent need for innovation in the development of educational institutions.Owing to the above,by promoting the construction of collaborative mechanisms,discipline construction,localization construction,reform and innovation of educational institutions,etc.,we will comprehensively advance the level of Chinese education in Tajikistan.
