摘要
建设一支具有教育家精神的教师队伍,是建设教育强国、科技强国、人才强国的关键所在.教育家精神源自于马克思主义经典作家的教育思想,植根于中华师道文化的深厚土壤,赓续于党领导人民教师建设的宝贵历史经验.以教育家精神铸魂强师对于加快推进教育现代化进程、建设教育强国和办好人民满意的教育,具有重大的理论意义和战略价值.教育家精神涵盖理想信念、道德情操、育人智慧、躬耕态度、仁爱之心、弘道追求六个维度,是推动教育强国事业不断发展的重要动力.新时代人民教师事业崇高、使命光荣,大力弘扬教育家精神,推动其在教育界形成广泛认同、共同遵循的价值追求,具有高度的必要性和可行性,可在加强思想政治建设、提升专业素养能力、营造社会尊师文化、恪守师德师风底线"四位一体"方面探索教育家精神的弘扬路径.
Abstract
Building a team of teachers with the spirit of educators is the key element for building a powerful nation of education,for strengthenning China with science and technology and with talent.The spirit of educators originates from the educational ideas of classical Marxist writers,and is rooted in the profound soil of China's excellent traditional teacher culture,and continues the valuable historical experience of the Party's leadership in the construction of people's teachers.Building a strong teacher team with the spirit of educators has significant theoretical significance and strategic value in accelerating the modernization of Chinese education,building an educational powerhouse,and providing satisfactory education for the people.The spirit of educators encompasses six dimensions:ideal beliefs,moral sentiments,educational wisdom,diligent attitude,benevolence,and the pursuit of spreading the Dao.It is an important driving force for the continuous development of the cause of building a strong education country.In the new era,the cause of people's teachers is noble and the mission is glorious.It is highly necessary and feasible to vigorously promote the spirit of educators and promote the formation of widely recognized and commonly followed value pursuits in the education sector.We can explore the path of promoting the spirit of educators in strengthening ideological and political construction,enhancing professional competence,creating a culture of respecting teachers in society,and adhering to the bottom line of teacher ethics and style.
