摘要
研究生教育作为国家教育体系的顶端,是深入推进创新驱动战略实施的核心动力.文本回顾了我国研究生教育高质量发展赋能创新驱动战略实施的政策演变历程.分析可知,我国研究生教育政策经历了由重学术学位到学术学位与专业学位并重、由注重学历提升到重视人的全面发展、由侧重知识生产向服务社会需求转变的过程.面对深入实施创新驱动战略的现实需求,研究生教育面临人才培养规模结构亟待优化、人才自主培养质量亟待提升、服务社会需求能力亟待增强的关键挑战.展望未来,我国研究生教育需优化人才培养规模结构、提升人才自主培养质量、增强创新型国家建设贡献度,以赋能创新驱动战略实施、建成教育强国.
Abstract
As the top of Chinese national education system,postgraduate education is the"new productivity"of the society and the core driving force for further promoting China's implementation of the innovation-driven strategy.The article has reviewed historical Chinese policy changes and adaptations for high quality postgraduate development to empower the innovation-driven stategy.And the results show that the Chinese national policy has moved from solely emphsizing academic degree towards the combination of academic degree and professional degree,from emphasizing degree promotion to man's full development,from emphasizing the size development and connotation construction,to knowledge production and social service.In the face of the practical needs of the in-depth implementation of the innovation-driven strategy,postgraduate education is facing the key challenges that the scale structure of talent training needs to be optimized,the quality of talent self-cultivation needs to be improved,and the ability to serve social needs should be enhanced.Looking forward to the future,China's postgraduate education urgently needs to optimize the scale and structure of talent training,improve the quality of independent talent training,and enhance its contribution for Chinese innovative country construction,so as to empower the implemenation of the nation's innovation driven strategy and the construction of a powerful nation of education.
