摘要
红色文化融入新疆高校育人体系,对在高校中培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,铸牢中华民族共同体意识具有重要意义.调查发现,当前新疆高校红色文化教育已奠定良好的工作基础,但也存在教育内容针对性不强、教学内容亟待更新、教育形式单一等问题,影响新疆高校红色文化育人实效的因素主要包括现实矛盾、挖掘难度、制度体制、教育双方理解和认知等.在此基础上,文本提出丰富思政教育教学形式内容、多渠道构建课程思政育人途径、打造高水平思政教师师资队伍、营造多样化校园文化氛围、搭建科学可行保障机制等红色文化融入实践路径.
Abstract
The integration of red culture into the educational system of Xinjiang colleges and universities is of great significance for cultivating and practicing socialist core values among students of all ethnic groups and for forging a strong sense of the Chinese national community among the students.Through the investigation,it has been found that the current red culture education in Xinjiang colleges and universities has laid a solid foundation for future work.But there are still some problems like the lack of relevance in educational content,the urgent need for updates,and the singular form of education.And factors affecting the effectiveness of red culture education in nurturing students in Xinjiang colleges and universities mainly include some real contradictions,difficulties in explorations,institutional systems,and the understanding and cognition of both educators and students.On this basis,practical paths for the integration of red culture have been proposed,such as enriching the content and forms of ideological and political education,building multi-channel pathways for curriculum of ideological and political education,creating a high-level faculty of ideological and political teachers,fostering a diverse campus cultural atmosphere,and establishing a scientific and feasible operating and guaranting mechanism.
