摘要

文本基于CIPP评价模式的基本框架,综合运用问卷、访谈、德尔菲法等多种研究方法,在分析"一园一址"到"一园多址"办园模式转变这一园长领导力背景因素的基础上,以领导者素质评价、领导过程评价、领导效能评价为一级维度指标,结合相关理论与已有研究,构建园长领导力评价指标体系,进而对"一园多址"办园模式下幼儿园园长领导力的现状特点、面临挑战进行较为系统、深入的剖析,为"一园多址"办园模式下园长领导力的改善提出对策建议.

Abstract

This study adopts the basic framework and path of the CIPP evaluation model,combining with multiple research methods such as,questionaire,interview and delphi method to analyze the backgroud issues concerned with the principle leadership under the change of"one kindergarten one site"to"one kindergarten with multiple sites".And based on related theories and research,taking the leadership competence evaluation,leadership process evaluation and leadership efficency ebaluation as the primary evaluation index,the research has constructed a"kindergarten principal leadership evaluation index system".On this basis,the reseach has conducted an in-depth investigation of the leadership of the representative"one park with multiple sites",to examine and analyze the current characteristics and challenges of their leadership,and has put forward a targeted strategy for the improvement of the principal's leadership under the"one park with multiple locations"model.
