摘要
目的 将PDCA循环管理法用于急诊检验项目中,分析该方法对提高急诊报告周转时间(TAT)达标率的作用.方法 回顾并分析深圳市盐田区人民医院检验科2023年1月1-31日未实施PDCA循环管理的16655份急诊检验样本(包括血常规、凝血、生化、自动化免疫检测)及该院2023年9月1-30日实施第一轮PDCA循环管理后的 13475 份急诊检验样本TAT相关数据,探讨PDCA对提高急诊检验项目TAT达标率的作用.结果 实施PDCA循环管理法后,急诊检验项目TAT达标率明显高于实施前(92.00%比 78.69%,P<0.05);实施PDCA管理后患者对检验科的满意度明显高于实施前(97.00%比 89.00%,P<0.05).结论 PDCA循环管理法可有效缩短急诊检验项目TAT,还可提高TAT达标率及患者满意度,值得在临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To apply PDCA cycle management method to emergency testing items and analyze its effect on improving the compliance rate of emergency reporting turn around time(TAT).Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the TAT related data of 16655 emergency laboratory samples(including blood routine,coagulation,biochemistry,automated immunity)that did not implement PDCA cycle management in the laboratory department of Shenzhen Yantian hospital in January 1-31,2023,and 13475 emergency laboratory samples that implemented the first round of PDCA cycle management in September 1-30,2023,the role of PDCA in improving the TAT compliance rate of emergency laboratory items was explored.Results After implementing PDCA cycle management method,the TAT compliance rate of emergency testing items was 92.00%,which was significantly higher than 78.69%before implementation(P＜0.05).After implementing PDCA management,the patient satisfaction with the laboratory department was 97.00%,which was significantly higher than 89.00%before implementation(P＜0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle management method could effectively shorten the TAT of emergency testing items,improve the compliance rate of TAT and patient satisfaction,and is worth applying.
