Objective To investigate the clinical significance of combined detection of plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen degradation products(FDP)in disseminated intravascular coagulation(DIC).Methods The 120 patients diagnosed with DIC who were tested in Jinxiang County People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were included in observation group, and 120 healthy examiners during the same period were included in control group. The levels of D-dimer and FDP in two groups were detected using immunoturbidimetry. The diagnostic sensitivity, accuracy and specificity of D-dimer,FDP alone and combined detection were analyzed. Results The plasma levels of D-dimer and FDP in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group[D-dimer(mg/L):7.13±1.21 vs.0.36±0.10;FDP(mg/L):12.32±2.75 vs.4.66±1.14;both P<0.05].The sensitivity, accuracy and specificity of D-dimer and FDP combined detection were significantly higher than those detected alone(sensitivity:100.00%vs.73.33%,76.67%;accuracy:100.00%vs.70.83%,75.00%;specificity:100.00%vs.68.33%,73.33%;all P<0.05).Conclusion Plasma D-dimer and FDP detection for patients with DIC is convenient to improve their diagnostic efficiency, reduce the leakage rate and misdiagnosis rate, provide reliable diagnostic data for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, and facilitate clinical adoption and promotion.
