摘要
目的 分析 2020-2022 年某院临床不合格血液标本发生率的变化趋势,总结不合格标本的产生原因.方法 收集余庆县人民医院检验科2020年1月—2022年12月接收的421 139份住院患者血液标本,统计并比较不同年份的临床不合格血液标本总发生率以及临床不合格血液标本的产生原因与占比.结果 2020 年、2021 年、2022 年的临床不合格血液标本总发生率分别为 0.78%、0.42%、0.62%,呈先下降后上升的趋势,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).2020 年、2021 年、2022 年临床不合格血液标本的产生原因均以采血后未在规定时间内送达为主(占比分别为 79.43%、64.86%、83.37%),占比显著高于其他原因.2020-2022年临床不合格血液标本产生的同一原因占比差异均无统计学意义.结论 该院2020-2022年的临床不合格血液标本总发生率呈先下降后上升趋势,导致临床不合格血液标本产生的主要原因为采血后未在规定时间内送达.血液样本采集后及时送检对进一步降低临床不合格血液标本发生率意义重大.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the change trend of incidence rate of clinical unqualified blood specimens in a hospital from 2020 to 2022,and summarize the reasons for unqualified specimens.Methods The 421 139 blood samples from hospitalized patients in clinical laboratory department of Yuqing County People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were collected.The total incidence rates of clinical unqualified blood samples in different years were statistically analyzed and compared,as well as the types and proportions of problems that led to the occurrence of clinical unqualified blood samples.Results The total incidence rates of clinical unqualified blood samples in 2020,2021 and 2022 were 0.78%,0.42%and 0.62%,respectively,showing a trend of first decreasing and then increasing,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).In 2020,2021 and 2022,the main issue of clinical unqualified blood samples was the failure to deliver them within the prescribed time after blood collection,and the proportions were 79.43%,64.86%and 83.37%,respectively,with a significantly higher proportion than other reasons.There was no statistically significant difference in the proportion of the same cause of clinical unqualified blood samples produced from 2020 to 2022.Conclusions The total incidence rates of clinical unqualified blood samples in the hospital from 2020 to 2022 show a decreasing trend followed by an increasing trend,and the main reason for the occurrence of clinical unqualified blood samples is that they are not delivered within the prescribed time after blood collection.Timely submission of blood samples for testing after collection is of great significance in further reducing the incidence of clinical unqualified blood samples.
