A Planning Path for Renovation of Old Living Neighbourhoods Based on the Needs of Multiple Subjects:Taking Wanshou Neighbourhood of Dadong District in Shenyana as an Example
The renovation of old urban communities is an important focus on urban renewal.The relationship between the interests and needs of multiple subjects in the process of transformation is the key factor in building a co-construction,co-governance and sharing society.This paper expounds the interest demands and game focus of multiple subjects,and explores a transformation path based on the needs of multiple subjects.Taking Wanshou Neighbourhood in Dadong District of Shenyang as an example,this paper investigates and analyzes the residents,the government and the management.According to the four steps of regional assessment,overall planning,planning scheme and long-term management of the transformation path,the implementation measures of the renovation plan of old living neighbourhoods are proposed.It provides new ideas and references for the upgrading and transformation of old urban communities in China.
