摘要
通过查阅与梳理相关文献,从政策、经济、技术、组织4个方面归纳了与建筑业碳减排相关的17个影响因素.基于解释结构模型(Interpretative Structural Modeling,ISM)构建了多级递阶结构模型,揭示了各影响因素相互作用的逻辑关系;运用交叉影响矩阵相乘法(Matriced'Impacts Croises-Multiplication Appliance Classement,MICMAC)分析了各影响因素的相互影响与依赖关系,以此进一步识别出在建筑业碳减排领域中需要重点关注的影响因素,并有针对性地提出了相关建议,以期为建筑业的低碳发展提供参考.
Abstract
Through reviewing and combing relevant literature,17 influencing factors related to carbon emission reduction in the construction industry were discovered and summarized from four aspects of policy,economy,technology and organization.The multi-layer hierarchical structure model is constructed by the Interpretative Structural Modeling(ISM),and the interactively logical relationship of various influencing factors is revealed.Matriced'Impacts Croises-Multiplication Appliance Classement(MICMAC)was used to further analyze the mutual influence and dependence of various influencing factors,and identify the influencing factors that need to be paid close attentions in carbon emission reduction of the construction industry.Finally,suggestions for reducing building carbon emissions were put forward to provide reference for the low-carbon development of the construction industry.
