皖西南地区农房风貌设计研究——以怀宁县为例

摘要
在城镇化进程中,中国乡村出现了城市化、西洋化、同质化等问题,乡村风貌的乡土性、地域性遭受了严重破坏,风貌连片管控需求日益增长.采用文献查阅、田野调查等方法,梳理了皖西南地区农房的聚落形态、空间布局及材质色彩信息,分析了其风貌特征及当下面临的困境,基于当代家庭人口结构类型和功能需求现状,对平面空间、建筑风格进行了解构和重塑,设计出9 种基本建筑单体类型,对基本单体进行了多样变化组合,结合乡村的聚落空间结构形态,塑造出地域特征鲜明、乡土风情浓厚、村民认同感强的乡村农房风貌.
Abstract
In the process of urbanization,China's countryside has been urbanized,westernized and homogenized,the vernacular and regional nature of rural landscape has been seriously damaged,and the demand for contiguous control of landscape is becoming more and more prominent.Through literature review,field survey and other methods,this paper sorted out the settlement pattern,spatial layout and material color of the farm houses in southwest Anhui Province,clarified their landscape characteristics and the difficulties they are facing nowadays,deconstructed and reshaped the plane space and architectural style based on the current situation of the contemporary family demographic structure type and functional needs.The paper further designed 9 basic building unit types,made various combinations of changes in the basic units,combined with the rural settlements,and shaped regional characteristics.Combined with the spatial structure of rural settlements,it shapes a rural farmhouse style with obvious regional characteristics,strong local flavor and a strong sense of identity among villagers.
