基于DEMATEL-AISM的装配式建筑绿色供应链影响因素分析

摘要
装配式建筑作为建筑产业转型升级的主要方向之一,对其绿色供应链进行研究具有重要意义.基于既有研究成果和相关政策法规,结合调查问卷结果,从装配式建筑绿色供应链的外部和内部两个方面分别识别了影响因素并构建了指标体系.运用DEMATEL-AISM对关键影响因素进行了分析,并系统评估了这些影响因素之间的层级关系.研究结果表明,装配式建筑绿色供应链的关键影响因素为政策法规、宣传与普及力度、社会效益、供应链协同水平、绿色设计与管理及行业监管力度.
Abstract
As one of the main directions for the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,the research on the green supply chain of assembled buildings is of great significance.Based on the established research results,relevant policies and regulations,combined with the results of the questionnaire,the influencing factors were identified and the index system was constructed from the external and internal aspects of the green supply chain of assembled buildings.The key influencing factors were analyzed using DEMATEL-AISM,and the hierarchical relationship between these influencing factors was systematically evaluated.The results show that the key influencing factors of the green supply chain for assembled buildings are policies and regulations,publicity and popularization efforts,social benefits,supply chain synergy level,green design and management,and industry supervision efforts.
