Research on the Evaluation Criteria and Value Evaluation of the Representative Buildings that Embody the Achievements of Reform and Opening-up:Taking Zhongxing Shenyang Commercial Building as an Example
In order to implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction issued a notice of Further Strengthening the Protection of Historical and Cultural Blocks as well as Historic Buildings at the beginning of 2021.The notice proposed including representative and landmark buildings that exemplify significant progress in reform and opening up within their respective towns into historical buildings.On this basis,this paper necessitates an interdisciplinary approach to explore methods for selecting representative buildings that showcase achievements in reform and opening up specifically in Shenyang.Taking Zhongxing Shenyang Commercial Building as an example,this paper analyzes and evaluates its historical value,art value and scientific value in order to provide references for protection and identification of Shenyang building heritages which embody reform and opening-up.
