基于DEMATEL-ISM方法的再生混凝土推广因素研究

首先采用文献研究法识别出39个再生混凝土(Recycled Aggregate Concrete,RAC)推广因素,然后采用德尔菲法确定了 20个主要推广因素,最后采用决策实验法和评价实验法(Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory,DEMATEL)与解释结构模型(Interpretative Structural Modeling,ISM)相结合的方法,即 DEMATEL-ISM方法,对上述因素进行了分析。研究发现,客户对RAC的价格敏感度、RAC生产成本、品牌信任度、市场定位和品牌建设、品质和可靠性需求以及产品质量是影响RAC推广的关键因素。根据研究结果,提出了 RAC的相关推广策略。
Study on Promotion Factors of Recycled Aggregate Concrete Based on DEMATEL-ISM Method
This study first adopts the literature research method to identify 39 factors promoting recycled concrete,and then uses the Delphi method to determine 20 main promotion factors.Finally,it adopts a combination of Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory(DEMATEL)and Interpretative Structural Modeling(ISM),namely DEMATEL-ISM method,to analyze the above factors.It is found that customers'price sensitivity to recycled aggregate concrete,RAC,cost of RAC production,brand trust,market positioning and brand building,quality and reliability requirements,and product quality are the key influencing factors affecting the promotion of RAC.Based on the research results,relevant promotion strategies for recycled concrete are proposed.
