Prevention and Control of Noise Pollution in Social Life Based on the Perspective of Urban Refined Management:A Case Study of Shenyang City
The acceleration of urbanization enhances people's dense activities,making noise pollution in social life more and more frequent.At the same time,urban refined management has become a new development issue that many cities are constantly exploring.The public's demand of the right for private peace and quiet is also increasing year by year,and their tolerance for noise is getting lower and lower.To solve the problems brought by social life noise to the residents and improve their quality of life,this paper analyzes the root causes,characteristics and impacts of urban noise pollution from the perspective of urban refined management,and provides a clear and powerful legal support for urban noise management by combining with The Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Noise Pollution in terms of urban spatial planning,community management and public participation.This paper proposes references on social life noise management strategies,with the aim of building a scientific and effective urban noise pollution management system for Shenyang and other cities.
