摘要

基于积极心理干预(Positive Psychology Intervention,PPI)理念的大学生心理健康教育课程应用研究,旨在提升大学生的获得感和幸福感,促进大学生心理健康发展与成长.从课程设计的思路与方法上看,包括发掘个性优势、提升积极情绪、建构积极思维和建立积极关系.未来研究需要进一步检验PPI模式下的课程设计效果,提升教师工作胜任力和伦理意识,建立学生反馈机制并形成结构化的教学策略.

Abstract

The research on the application of psychological health education courses for college students based on the concept of positive psychological intervention aims to enhance their sense of achievement and happiness as well as promote college students'psychological development and growth.From the perspective of curriculum design ideas and methods,it includes exploring individual strengths,enhancing positive emotions,constructing positive thinking,and establishing positive relationships.Future research needs to further examine the effectiveness of curriculum design under the PPI,positive psychological intervention model,enhance teachers'job competence and ethical awareness,establish student feedback mechanisms,and form structured teaching strategies.
