土工合成材料加筋沥青混合料抗车辙性能研究

文中通过室内试验研究不同加筋方案下土工合成材料对沥青混合料的加筋效果.从弹性力学的平衡原理与变形协调原理出发,考虑加筋边界条件的影响,推导土工合成材料在沥青层中的加筋约束力,并根据加筋约束力的影响因素(土工合成材料的种类、加筋边界条件及加筋层的位置)设计出 12 种加筋方案.根据上述加筋方案制备沥青混合料加筋试件并进行车辙试验.结果表明,土工合成材料加筋在车辙试验中能够抑制循环轮载作用下沥青混合料的竖向永久变形,提升车辙动稳定度.同等条件下,土工格室加筋后的抗车辙性能远优于土工格栅,设置 SBS改性沥青黏结层的抗车辙性能略优于设置环氧改性沥青黏结层且均优于未设黏结层情况,中层加筋时的抗车辙性能优于下层加筋.
Anti-rutting Performance of Geosynthetic-reinforced Asphalt Mixture
The effect of geosynthetics-reinforced on asphalt mixture under different reinforcement schemes was studied through laboratory experiments.First,starting from the balance principle and deformation coordination principle of elasticity,considering the influence of the reinforcement bounda-ry conditions,the reinforcement binding force of the geosynthetic in the asphalt layer is deduced.And according to the influencing factors of the reinforcement constraint(the types of geosynthetics,the boundary conditions of the reinforcement and the position of the reinforcement layer),12 kinds of re-inforcement schemes were designed.Finally,the reinforced specimens of asphalt mixture were pre-pared according to the above-mentioned reinforcement scheme and the rutting test was carried out.The research results show that the reinforcement of geosynthetics can restrain the vertical permanent deformation of asphalt mixture under the action of cyclic wheel load in the rutting test,and improve the dynamic stability of rutting.Under the same conditions,the anti-rutting performance of the rein-forced geogrid is much better than that of the geogrid.The anti-rutting performance of the SBS modi-fied asphalt bonding layer is slightly better than that of the epoxy modified asphalt bonding layer and both are better with a bonding layer,the rutting resistance of the middle layer when reinforced is bet-ter than that of the lower layer.
