山区公路无控平交口实时交通冲突风险预警系统设计及效果评估

为解决我国大规模山区公路无控平交口交通事故预防的诸多难点和症结,设计研发了一款山区公路无控平交口实时交通冲突风险预警系统,包括路侧一体化智能预警单元和中心远程管理系统软件.当路口存在冲突风险时,系统采用图形、文字和灯光的多模态 LED 板,向驾驶员一体化发布交通冲突风险预警信息和动态路况信息.现场安装测试结果表明:①在 5 种冲突风险场景下,预警策略显示正确率为 100%;②当无车辆冲突、主路仅显示提示信号时,约 60%的车辆有刹车减速行为;当路口车辆存在交通冲突,主路发布冲突警示信号时,80%左右车辆会减速;③70~85 km/h车速范围内的车辆占比从 60%下降到 45%,85%车速从示范前的 81.4 km/h 下降为78.1 km/h.
Design and Effectiveness Evaluation of Real-time Traffic Conflict Risk Warning System for Uncontrolled Level Crossings on Mountain Highways
To solve many difficulties and crux of traffic accident prevention of large-scale mountain highway uncontrolled level intersection in our country,a real-time traffic conflict risk early warning system of mountain highway uncontrolled intersection is designed and developed.including the road-side integrated intelligent early warning unit and center remote management system software.When there is a conflict risk at the intersection,the system uses the multi-mode LED board of graphics,text and lighting to issue traffic conflict risk early warning information and dynamic road condition infor-mation to the driver.The results of field installation tests show that:(1)Under five conflict risk sce-narios,the early warning strategy shows that the correct rate is 100%.(2)When there is no vehicle conflict and only a prompt signal is displayed on the main road,about 60%of the vehicles have bra-king and deceleration behavior;when there is a traffic conflict at the intersection and the main road is-sues a conflict warning signal,about 80%of the vehicles will slow down.(3)The proportion of vehi-cles in the 70~85 km/h speed range decreases from 60%to 45%.the speed of 85%vehicles decreases from the 81.4 km/h before the demonstration to 78.1 km/h.
