Research on Reasonable Span Layout of UHPC-NC Hybrid Beam Continuous Rigid Frame Bridge
In order to reduce the self weight and improve the crossing capacity,it is proposed to re-place ordinary concrete(NC)with ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)in the main span of a continuous rigid frame bridge, and to conduct research on the bridge span layout and economy. The results show that the effect of constant load accounts for a large proportion of the total internal force,so the evaluation criteria include the balance of pier top bending moment under constant load,com-pression of side span bearings, and small bending moment at the joint section. When the main span ratio k1 of the side is between 0.55~0.70,the bending moment at the top of the pier is basically bal-anced,and the side span support is compressed and the value is relatively low.At this point, the ratio k2 of the length of the UHPC section to the main span is between 0.30~0.40,the bending moment of the combined section is close to 0,and the bending moment at the top of the pier and the middle of the UHPC span is relatively low.Compared with the original bridge scheme, the total material cost of the hybrid beam continuous rigid frame scheme is reduced by 11.4%.Therefore,when k1 and k2 are loca-ted in the two intervals respectively, the hybrid beam continuous rigid frame bridge can achieve a good stress state and has economic advantages.
