QEKF梳齿板式伸缩装置静力性能研究

文中采用有限元分析软件Abaqus建立QEKF梳齿板式伸缩装置模型,采用550 kN的标准重车对伸缩缝进行竖向和水平向2个方向的加载,分析两车道和三车道情况下,车辆同向或反向通过伸缩缝时其应力响应和竖向变形规律,同时对缝宽进行变参数分析.结果表明,伸缩缝最不利状况为车辆位于伸缩缝缝隙上方;两车道和三车道作用下其应力和位移差值不大且变化趋势一致;车辆同向行驶时伸缩缝受力更为不利,伸缩缝应力及竖向位移均随缝宽增加而增大.
Static Performance of QEKF Comb Plate Expansion Device
The finite element analysis software Abaqus was used to establish the QEKF model of the comb plate expansion device,and the 550kN standard heavy truck was used to load the expansion joint in both vertical and horizontal directions.The stress response and vertical deformation rule were ana-lyzed when the vehicle passing through the expansion joint in the same lane direction or in the opposite lane direction under the condition of two lanes and three lanes,and the joint width of the expansion joint was analyzed with variable parameters.The results show that the most unfavorable condition of the expansion joint is that the vehicle is located above the expansion joint gap.The difference of stress and displacement under the action of two lanes and three lanes is small and the change trend is similar.Moreover,the stress and vertical displacement of the expansion joint increase with the increase of the width of the expansion joint.
