基于BIM的移动模架智能监测系统研究及应用

针对环境因素、结构因素等致使移动模架在施工中发生安全事故的问题,结合结构有限元分析,研发集设备运行监测、环境监测、结构监测,以及BIM数字孪生于一体的移动模架智能监测预警系统,依托常泰长江大桥移动模架施工项目,对施工过程进行实时监测.结果表明,移动模架支腿主梁应力过大、主梁变形过大,以及开合不同步等问题易使结构处于不安全状态,结合设备运行监测、结构监测、环境监测的的移动模架智能监测系统能够有效地避免以上问题,在紧急状况下能实时预警和紧急制动,保证结构施工全过程安全.
Research and Application of Intelligent Monitoring System for Mobile Mold Base Based on BIM
In view of the safety accidents caused by environmental and structural factors in the con-struction of mobile formwork,combined with structural finite element analysis,an intelligent monito-ring and early warning system for mobile formwork is developed,which integrates equipment opera-tion monitoring,environmental monitoring,structural monitoring,and BIM digital twinning.Relying on the construction project of Changtai Yangtze River Bridge,the construction process is monitored in real time.The application results show that the problems such as excessive stress of the main beam,excessive deformation of the main beam and non-synchronization of opening and closing are easy to make the structure in an unsafe state.The mobile mold base intelligent monitoring system combined with equipment operation monitoring,structure monitoring and environmental monitoring can effec-tively avoid the above problems.It can provide real-time warning and emergency braking in emergen-cy,and ensure the safety of the whole process of structural construction.
